Shelly Kaszovitz is a passionate advocate for singles and for global Jewish connection, and a leading voice for Shagririm Balev—a groundbreaking shidduch initiative that connects Orthodox Jewish singles through communities around the world. Led by Rav Yosef Rimon and in partnership with the OU, the initiative is rooted in the findings of the OU’s Singlood research and is reshaping the way we support singles on their journey to finding their basheret.



As the U.S. Coordinator and a frequent speaker, Shelly shares the mission of Shagririm Balev with warmth, insight, and a deep belief in the power of personal relationships to strengthen and empower singles. With candidates featured from across the globe, the initiative fosters a sense of shared purpose and belonging that transcends borders and generations.
